Report: Unused Ticket Credits Post COVID-19
After the extraordinarily difficult year faced in the airline and hospitality industry, travel has resumed. UATP built a solution for the industry for unused ticket credits and based on the recent UATP survey of travel managers, it’s working very well. The industry needed a solution that UATP provided. With most travel managers (83%) stating satisfaction with the process to redeem unused ticket credits, per UATP survey, the UATP unused ticket credit program continues to prove its’ success.

ATPS Virtual Lion’s Den
UATP co-hosted and participated in the fast-paced ATPS Virtual Lion’s Den session online on Wednesday, 20 May, 2020. This event featured 4 innovative companies pitching their ancillary revenue-related solutions for 5 minutes each to the esteemed panel of “Lions” (judges), all of whom have extensive payments experience. The pitching companies then faced 5 minutes of questioning by the Lions. At the end of the pitches, the Lions chose the Best Pitch and the Best Product of the day.
