Fresh off a record-breaking 2018, UATP has added four members to its executive team as it grows its corporate charge card and alternative forms of payment processing business areas.

Zach Ornelas will lead the global network sales department as VP, expanding the company’s charge card network and managing shareholder and merchant relationships. He most recently served as director of global business development for B2B payment company MSTS, where he helped secure partnerships with UATP and other companies. Previous business development positions include the American Express global corporate payments team.

UATP has appointed Rachel Morowitz VP of alternative forms of payment to help lead AFP sales strategy with UATP’s airline and AFP partners. Morowitz is rejoining UATP, for which she previously served as director of product management, from Capital One.

UATP also has named Charisse Chisolm VP of business development. Previously VP of partner management at Elavon, she will identify ways to grow UATP’s payment and processing lines of business.

Finally, Dave Goldwin has joined UATP as chief legal officer. Prior to UATP, he served as VP of legal at TSYS Acquiring Solutions.

The company last week reported record-breaking transaction growth for 2018. Corporate card charge volume grew 9 percent year over year and AFP processing registered year-over-year growth of 11 percent. UATP also added a record-tying 16 new merchant and travel management company acceptance partners during the year, the company said.
