UATP Settlement Service (USS)

USS is UATP’s proprietary technology to facilitate settlements for UATP Merchants that are not members of one of the airline clearing houses, by relying on the funds handling capabilities of JP Morgan Chase in the United States, and Earthport outside of the United States. Standard USS settlement frequency is weekly and it is fully automated.

Why Travel Agencies become UATP Merchants

Travel Agencies may accept the UATP card as a Merchant by joining the UATP network directly; connection is easy and at no cost to you.  UATP may also be accepted as a form of payment for agency services and net fares (consolidator fares) sold by agencies.  For companies that cannot join industry clearing houses, UATP offers its internal settlement solution (USS) to process UATP charges.
