WASHINGTON, May 18, 2017 — UATP is pleased to announce the addition of Regional Express (Rex) to its airline Merchant base. Effective immediately, Rex accepts UATP as a form of payment for corporate travel through all distributions channels.

“Partnering with UATP will help Rex gain a competitive edge in the corporate travel market and give our clients more choice when traveling by allowing them to use their preferred payment method,” said Warrick Lodge, General Manager of Network Strategy & Sales Regional Express. “Our airline is committed to providing the best possible service, which means evolving to meet our passengers’ payment needs.”

“Corporate travel is flourishing in Australia, and as a Merchant, Rex can capture that demand and set itself up for success in the business travel market,” said Ralph Kaiser, President and CEO, UATP.

Rex is Australia’s largest independent regional airline and has been in operation since 2002. The airline increases connectivity within Australia by offering 1,500 weekly flights to 58 destinations.
